Big Factoidsにより編集済み: 10/18/2016 4:50:29 PMOkay, well some pvp players cant get 6 people for a raid without lfg. You want the grimoire so bad, get carried like they would for a raid. Lfg a carry, you don't need money for it, and even people that do have the time to invest for it get crushed by the top of the top. Im not ass but i can hold my own (i think) and I'll still have to run a few cards with my clan-mates. And if you aren't okay with getting carried for grimoire, you need to change something in your wishlist. Why shouldn't people who invest time into something see some sort of return? You wan't to shortchange people that have spent the time/ effort. It doesn't matter what it is. It could be (the cliché) basket weaving. If they're good at it, AND enjoy it, why only let them weave only one basket to make people who suck at it feel better? Even some shit like MINECRAFT. FCKING VIRTUAL LEGOS requires some kind of effort for a payoff. Not to mention grimoire is an afterthought even for BUNGIE. That shit is so bugged it doesn't even synchronize between the characters.

The problem for me is in my experience if I LFG a sweaty for trials then he will probably quit or get salty by me and my friend constantly dying. I'm not bad at PVP. I can do really good and I can hold my own in Iron Banner where people tend to be more sweaty but in trials? Can't do it. So how am I supposed to get the lighthouse grimmiore card when I am constantly getting placed against people way above my level? And before you say get better at PVP. I have tried, a lot.

Get better at 3v3 I bet you run in and get picked by being too aggressive. As soon as you said iron(buckshot) banner that was my immediate thought. The play styles are drastically different and you need to consider the way others play into how you play.

The map is a pretty big factor too, last weeks map has sniping elements but lends itself well to shotguns with all the breaks in sight lines. Teamwork is another factor that is huge. You can win with teamwork alone. It isn't the most consistent, but if you nail a strategy and it plays against the strengths of the other team, you're basically good to go. Then there's mixing things up. If something isn't working, change shit up. The path you go, the loadout you run, the style you play, these are all flexible things, and being flexible gives you an advantage. Trials isn't always 1 and done, but there isn't much you can do about it. Even if the proposed tiers got implemented, there will always have to be the "elite" until everyone is on the same level. But that will take a lot of revisions and with the inconsistency of players themselves, likely won't be accurate. It would reduce the chances of running into sweaties, but not by a whole lot i think.

Your argument is invalidated by one simple fact. I was trying to put in the work. But if I die and don't know what happened (i.e. sniper shot to the head due to swiping glitch) I don't learn anything. So to play someone who has 17 hours a day to game because they are a subbed streamer when I have two hours a day (and paid the same money for the game) is futile. And you CAN'T get a CARRY through the raid. You have to help and participate. One person dying can complicate the process to a halt.

Don't tell yourself you can't. When you do that you quit. When you quit then really can't do what you wanted. If there is a will there is a way, nobody says it will be short and easy. I know it sounds hippydippy, but just believe in yourself, this is true for anything, not just this bullshit ass game.

You can absolutely get carried through the raid. That statement shows exactly where you're at in the community. (Don't take that the wrong way, i will admit it is a little aggressively stated, but i don't know how else to word it.) What is the "swiping glitch"? (I'll assume you mean headgltiching) Also you can learn from getting domed. Look at the angle that was taken to get sniped at, and then remember that it's a thing and approach that spot of the map with caution/take an alternative route/co-ordinate with teammates to counter the sniper's positioning. Not to mention, even if they play a lot, the small fraction of a percent of the playerbase that is comprised of streamers is just that. A small fraction of a percent you running into streamer is unlikely, but running into competent and competitive players is less unlikely. And if you really can't learn from your games and the grimoire matters that much to you, look up videos. There are plenty of the aforementioned streamers and you-tubers that are begging for views and are inadvertently stagnating the meta and sucking the fun out of PvP. That's basically what all top tier players do anyways.

You absolutely can be carried through the raid. It's been 2 manned. There are plenty of PVE streamers that carry people through the raid. If you get carried during trials you are still expected to participate and can even help make good plays.

But again those are people choosing to do so. My point is I can increase my skill if I play with people around my skill level. It seems your argument is carries become impossible if they matchmake. So instead of it being about learning to play the game it seems you want very skilled players to be pinned against people with no skill so carries are super easy.

Find someone better than you, get under their wing, and learn from them. If you can't do that just break everything you do down into the most basic components, or make it so you think about other ways you could have done something if you died. Also, try to keep a level head, tilt's a killer.
