Tired of always facing super elite guys in trials, I have yet to be placed in a match against players that are of similar non-elite status, we get smoked every round, game after game. I get it they are better, but some of us have jobs and families, we don't have 5000 hrs a week to devote to getting to the lighthouse. Need to balance that crap out

They should just add some automatic sniper taken vandals with a solar burn that just melt whoever they see in open sniper lanes or run routes so both teams have to watch out for both enemies and always have to keep moving . On a side note, separating the elitist won't happen. I suck at crucible and dont care just go In There for the bounties . I do read the forums from time to time and I noticed that those "elitist " cried a lot when it went to sbmm. The main argument was " I dont want to play sweaty matches all the time , blah blah blah". In cases when an elitist plays against a lower ranked team that's an easy win for them and they won't care that it was an uneven match. The ones that cry it shouldn't be easier for bad teams to get flawless are the ones that don't see the flaw in having an overpowered team against a worst off team, so you'll never win that argument.

3 通の返信They should at least match you with people of the same light level, the sbmm system has never EVER worked correctly, trials is full of sweats avoid it until it's changed, if it's changed.

6 通の返信So basically you should be handed something for doing nothing? Let's make this really simple. There's a 3v3 basketball tournament. 9 wins in a row and you get $10,000. Would you expect to show up after never playing basketball and win the $10,000? i didn't think so

Hmm,, You must be very unlucky. I am pretty average and so is my team for the most part, yet we have gone flawless 9 times in the last three weeks for trials. It has never been easier to go flawless it seems.

3 通の返信It would be awesome to see a Tiered system in place for Trials if Osiris where if you get to the lighthouse once, you get moved up to the second tier. Succeed again, and your on to the 3d tier. Each tier would have it's own pool of matchmaking players meaning, you'll only get matched with players in that same tier. So, if your in tier 1 you won't be matchmade against tier 2's and 3's. As for rewards for tier 2's and 3's there could be special emblems or exotic class items showing who's best of the best. As for players/streamers who do carries you'd have to carry players according to your tier your in. Players would be moved up to the highest tier in the fireteam. If you're in tier 2 and you join some randoms that are in tier 1, those tier 1 players get bumped up to be matchmade with tier 2 players. This would add an interesting dynamic to trials and also give the common rabble a better chance at reaching the lighthouse. Share and discuss. Thanks!

Not to sound like a jag but trials is trials. Its ment to be difficult and rewards those who win. You dont need to go flawless to do anything. In y2 i never went flawless but still made it to 335 well before y3

PRINCE_ALI_1985により編集済み: 10/18/2016 1:22:27 PMIf you and other ppl stop doing ToO they might change it but as for now ToO is a good way to free advertise the game when everything died down. I've done the book part and I'll not touch ToO not worth the hassle. Most players of this community is alright with being carried heck some of them approve and encourages paid carries. I have a lot of activities to per week but ToO is not one of them. So until SBMM, Permeant Check point or different matching is in place I choose not to do it.

1 返信You don't need to be elite to get to the light house. You barely need to be average. I have countless friends that I honestly consider to be bad at the game and they go flawless every week. For gods sake my girlfriend with a 0.5 KD even gets to the light house. If you are having trouble making it there you are seriously below average and in no way losing to "elites"

5 通の返信Mossy, I disagree. There are many ways of getting to the lighthouse. Option 1 Improve, and find others of similar skill, play every weekend till you make it- earn it the hard way. Option 2 Get a twitch account, and find the guys who do "free carries" via raffles, etc. Option 3 Go to one of the few pay sites and buy your way through, or pay to have someone do it for you (often known as a recovery). I earned my first flawless on my own, with two bros. We rolled triple bubble titans (I know, it was sickening.) If your decent at pvp, more than likely you will need to be VERY selective on who you spend your trials coins with. Some of us are good enough to go to the lighthouse with friends (without 5000 practice hours), others may need a "carry" with an OP twitch guy. Don't take away our level of competition simply because there are some people who simply are not yet skilled enough to go flawless. I digress: SBMM needs tweaking. This weekend all my sweaty matches were game one, and then 7-9 were against teams who never have been flawless. WTH is up with that Bungie? There is a tiered system already in place - the bounties. You get fairly equivalent guns and armor for simply participating and getting a few kills, not to mention a chance on exotics with 3oC and silver package.

4 通の返信Animal Motherにより編集済み: 10/18/2016 3:10:06 AMMost responses regarding top tier or elite.. I ask you: Where do cheaters and people who pay for carries fall? Because by your logic, "anyone" who goes flawless regularly falls into the category of top tier or elite regardless of methods. By my logic, I'd say that flawless truly isn't all that prestigious when factoring in all the shady methods which can be used to attain it. So why hold onto an idea when you know it's really a gimmick to keep a small number of players playing?

1 返信Dampfanatorにより編集済み: 10/18/2016 5:12:51 AMTechnically no one has 5,000 hours to devote to Trials a week ;) but yeah I agree this is an issue that Bungie has yet to bring up. I feel bad for the people that haven't entered the lighthouse yet but at the same time it isnt even worth the hassle. It used to be to get those adept elemental primaries but those are a thing of the past. Now adept just means gold. They aren't any better than the 7th win guns you get.
