Do you even know how to skate? It's a straight line movement that doesn't go left or right.
Hunters currently do have the highest agility in the game. Hunters can move left, right, backward, up and down 10x faster than the other classes.
If you are a hunter and don't realize this, then you are a sad excuse of a hunter.

You seem to be overestimating the effect of the agility stat. I've tested it extensively. The effect that it has on your base movement speed and jump height is so small it's negligible. The only thing it really affects is strafe acceleration. But it's too bad strafing isn't really all that effective in this game, since the aim assist is through the roof. Please inform yourself before you speak.

Please inform yourself before you speak.[/quote] Hunter have the fastest jump speed, fastest strafe speed, farthest slide, farthest blink jump range, and they are the fastest to evade a fight. Agility has absolutely no added effect on a Titan class. They are still par with the warlock movement, while behind the Hunter.
