I noticed in the recent patch notes that it was stated a possible fix was included for the firefly talent bug causing games to freeze. I was running through some strikes w/ my Vanity that has Luck in The Chamber & Firefly. All was going well and even both perks activating at the same time caused no crash. However, some taken psions got to close to me and I popped 3 of their heads. On the 3rd psion my game froze. So it appears that the bug is still in the game. Bungo plz fix.
