While Bad Juju is a fun weapon to use in PvE, when you want supers more often or need to clear out a large amount of adds, I think it would be interesting as a 77-4 (grasp of malok) archetype instead. We currently lack a max RoF exotic pulse rifle, and I think Bad Juju would be the perfect candidate for this. This would allow it to really chew through adds in PvE, and give it an edge in PvP.
If you disagree, I'd appreciate if you'd post why.

The only thing I would change is the stability, decrease the bullet spread to make it more effective mid range. That should improve it enough for PvE and PvP. We don't really need another Malok plus the current meta won't last forever. When med RoF PR's get another buff and or high RoF get a nerf it will out perform the Malok and you will likely want to change it again. I think a new exotic is in order to fill the gap in that archetype as well as a void HM which we don't have either. Plus we can never have enough exotics.

Dexter307により編集済み: 10/12/2016 7:05:26 AMNo way! That would not only decrease DPS, but it would mean less total damage per magazine, meaning it would be a bit worse against majors or other high health targets that it can currently just barely take down in one magazine. In pvp, the current archetype is not only more reliable, but is better at range due to the higher damage and the fact that it has a much easier time three bursting reliably. However, bad juju will never be a pvp gun due to the bouncy recoil. You're better off with a hawksaw which will have a better recoil pattern.

AtomicBaconBitsにより編集済み: 10/11/2016 4:25:34 PMIts intended to be that way for balancing. If it chews through more adds then it gets more supers faster and Bungo doesn't like fun. also, if that archtype changed Bungie would decrease stability to compensate. It's a something they're notorious for doing.

It's fine as is. Bad JuJu is already in one of the two overpowered pulse rifle archetypes in the game. No reason to make it even better with while adding basically no drawbacks.

With its current rate of fire and impact plus full auto its pretty much perfect as is.
