Most of you will probably remember the petition from about a week ago, asking that Bungie allow SIVA Offerings for Archon's Forge to stack in our inventory. That petition received a massive response (over 3000 likes), and Cozmo replied saying he would pass the idea on to the game devs.
Well, its been over a week now and Bungie has still not talked about fixing this problem. If you click here, you will see that while they are aware of this issue, but they have still NOT addressed the issue of stacking. They only fixed the drop rates of SIVA Offerings. We can still only hold one at a time. This is very frustrating. Being able to hold only one offering type at a time, means that if you get a green one (lowest level) you cannot hold a purple offering (highest level) as well, requiring more grinding until you get one. Improving drop rates is great, but unless the underlying problem of stack-ability is addressed, the forge will continue to be a frustrating experience of needless grinding. Why cant we just accumulate several offerings as we patrol; instead of getting one, hiking to the forge, and having to immediately go back and search for some more?
I really like Archon's Forge. I think Bungie did a great job with it. I just wish Bungie would show a little more initiative and fix the issue where it needs fixing. They should at least let us know its on someone's to-do list...
Like if you want SIVA Offerings to stack by offering type.
Edit: Bungie, many in the community would agree that Archon's Forge has issues. Most of us want to be able to carry at least one of each offering type (green, blue, purple). Many would like these to stack to a certain amount (perhaps 5). We realize that you only provided us with one terminal to present offerings, and ultimately, this may be the center of the problem. Could you give us more terminals (as in Court of Oryx), allowing offerings of each type to be in our inventory simultaneously? Alternatively you could put a vault, specific to Siva Offerings, near the Siva terminal. This would allow players to store the offerings they receive nearby. This might be easier than programming two new terminals into the game. Please look through the responses as this thread unfolds, a lot of users have good suggestions. Any response you can give us, just to let us know that you are addressing this issue, would be appreciated.

3 通の返信I think the problem is there's only one place to put the offering unlike court of oryx which had one for each difficulty. They haven't figured out how to get around that yet. They could put 2 more machines up there.

1 返信The only problem is that people don't understand how to prepare themselves to go in AF. If I go in AF, I always able to spend 1-2 hours before there no more offerings left or before I get bored. There is no problem in AF, it is just you don't know how prepare yourselves. 1. If you don't have an offering, go and finish some SIVA patrol missions (That one, where you get an Axe to kill some splicers). It is have very high chance of getting offerings. Very high. 2. If you have an offering, then go into AF. You know that small tunnel that leads in there from outside of patrol, right after the hall where you can kill Servitor and some Vandals. Yeah? WALK in "Archon's Forge" location through that tunnel. WALK. Don't rush your sparrow in "Archon's Forge" location, but WALK. Game is trying to find some people for you to join in AF when you get close to that location. If you rush in there riding your sparrow, game won't have enough time to find players. That is why you always find it empty. I always WALK in there, and I always FIND other people are playing in there. WALK = FIND. SPRINT = DISAPPOINTMENT. 3. Use your offering every time you find it. If you joined to a group of 3-4 players that already playing AF, then you will stay there for 1-2 hours (Or before you get bored). As often you use offering, as much enemies will spawn. As much enemies will spawn, as much chances that the new offering will drop. After each completion you have a chance of getting a new offering also. Sometime you can even see a lot of them laying on the ground. Use them all, don't let other to use theirs. You are boss there! That is all. Now, get back in there.

3 通の返信You do realize that you can discard offerings that you don't want right? A more important issue is the lack of large groups in Archon's Forge. They should have fewer forge instances or a way to pair up more players together.

1 返信I wouldn't mind this. The problem I have is there are too many splicer keys that drop and in reality how many do we need? 1-2 maybe. I had 40, 10 on each character and 10 in the vault. I deleted most of them and maybe have 15 just in case. Who really needa that many keys I sure dont. Also if they do stack them I think 3 purple, 5 blue and 10 green should be the limit per character and more in the vault. Also they need to increase the drop rate for weapons/armor in the forge. 10 purples, 12 blues and 15 greens and I got 1 weapon and 1 piece of armor. I am better off grinding strikes than playing Forge; although I love the way forge is done they just need to figure out how to stack and lower the drop rate for splicer keys

5 通の返信The main issue at hand is the fact that there's only people at the Forge 1 out of 20 times I go there. They've increased the drop rate for offerings @ the Forge and last night after going to the Forge with a friend, each of us having a 320 and a 340 offering, less than a minute in 2 other guardians joined. My friend and I got drops on almost every round. We spent a good 45 minutes there. If more people went to the Forge, even without an offering, just joining the fight should drop one.

3 通の返信I want to be able to choose a green blue or purple just like we could with the court stacking yes :) separate by difficulty yes :)

3 通の返信Increased drop rates is fine. Maybe more than just 1, though... 2? 3? I get that they don't want you to just sit there and run through offerings by yourself, that they're encouraging teamwork, but having to run around looking for a Quarantine patrol just for one offering is annoying. I do like that they significantly increased drop rate from the Forge itself, so occasionally I can run back-to-back offerings.

10 通の返信It's ridiculous that they don't place you into instances with others who are in the forge. That -blam!-ing place is typically empty.
