Dear bungie,
While I do understand the need to add more flinch effect to counter snipers I cannot condone the motion to nerf the perk unflinching. The perk already adds such as a small amount of resistance that it is already practically unusable. A nerf to an already broken perk is totally unnecessary, if anything it needs to be buffed! You see bungie the problem about you "fixing" the problems is that you buff something and then nerf it's counter. Then after you realize the thing you buffed has become you nerf it and buff it's counter or rarely just leave the counter alone making the game less fast passed or you just keep going in circles of nerfing and buffing thing and it never ends. So one or the other bungie. Because next update will come and you'll say oh the snipers have become two week and shotguns and fusion rifles are too strong so we need to buff snipers and nerf shotguns and fusions and that loop will continue on since the release of the initial game. Mark my words bungie "it's one or the other."

2 通の返信NEWSFLASH: Unflinching is NOT a sniper perk. You can roll it on pulse rifles, auto rifles, fusion rifles, etc... and guess what? By trying to nerf for one weapon, Bungie has nerfed it on ALL weapons. Any gun that had Unflinching before this update has been nerfed. Vintage Bungie, nerfing things and not caring what else gets hurt in the process!

2 通の返信They didn't need to nerf unflinching. It was small perk that didn't do a lot and now is completely thrash to anyone that have a gun with the perk.

4 通の返信While i truly love the days when i am going MLG pro with a sniper, this will be cutting down on hardscoping, and make the mediocre snipers put them down. Hopefully also primaries will be used more now, and destiny will become like it used to be in the Golden Age of Y1

Let's see what unflinching can roll on... - Scout Rifles - Pulse Rifles - *probably* Autos and Cannons - Fusion Rifles - Sniper Rifles - Machine Guns These perks come in handy on most guns, but let's be honest, some perks just aren't good for certain weapons For example, while leveling my Titan last night, I got a sniper rifle with counterbalance. Have fun.

It all started in Year 1 when Suros was too good so they NERFED it by ten percent, and hand cannons were already good but they INCREASED it's damage by ten percent, leaving Thorn and Last Word the most used weapons in the game. Now over two years later they are still on their never ending teeter totter. They made a great game and make amazing new content, but they are incapable of correcting issues with already released content/they call breaking things "balancing".

1 返信I can out gun a sniper with literally any gun and they can't hit a shot on me while I'm shooting them. This is how it should of been from the beginning. It will make people put the snipers down and challenge with primaries. Which is what everyone wants I guess

3 通の返信your not loosing anything, unflinching never worked for me on snipers, on top of that the changes to the snipers are retarted, less impact + huge flinch = instant death in nightfall if you're even scoped unflinching on my auto riffle seem to work

1 返信flinch based on impact stat maybe or weapon type? I'm trying to think of a way to satisfy the need to limit sniping godliness but promote primarys thus limiting the nerf/buff ratio. although I already see the MIDA and its abnormal flinch power gaining even more insane advantage once again with this flinch tweeking... MIDA forever the meta... smh
