It's about to be replaced by a non-helmet legendary item.
So yeah, it's going to need a buff in some capacity.
However, there's many exotics, armor and weapons, that need a good buff right now.

Exactly, and if you have been able to read my latest posts, I am trying to make an attempt for handcannons to get their tops back on, we can't have these ghost bullets, and to sum it all up: Bring back the REAL accuracy like it had during house of wolves, and make the range way more steeper then ever, but keep it at a balanced rate.
