Does no time to explain need a buff?
I feel like the gun is mediocre at best it has a low magazine size stability ain't that good the exotic perk is OK but I wouldn't want to melt primary into a boss unless it's coe or nightfall with small arms another thing the damage output on it is incredibly low

The low mag size is offset by the fact that the gun rewards precision. All precision hits return to the mag, and you won't have to reload if you are accurate. It is a situational gun really, I don't think it is meant to be used exclusively, but rather in situations where you could really lay into a boss. Ever used it on Warpriest or Golgoroth? It doesn't have the damage out put od black spindle, but it works really well, especially considering it is a primary weapon. Also works great on Goliath tanks, really anything with an semi easy crit spot. I personally don't think it needs a buff, wouldn't complain about one though.
