"Well then I'll bury the damn thing under a ton of metal."
He growled, worry flooding through his system but trumped by the sense of urgency. The walls and floor began to ripple, pieces of ceiling plates and control panels beginning to squeak and creak as their bolts flew from position and pieces of steel and iron started to float upwards.

The woman seemed to watch his approach, ever still and quiet. And in a flash, the light pink sky dissolved into a maddening trail of black and blue, a storm raging over the plains, burning away at the serenity. Slowly, towering machines burst from the ground, energy pulsing from them in droves, sending shockwaves across the landscape. Wires began to spew out, like vines, slicing into Ian, and the woman. A sense of abandonment and fear collapsed around him as the world around him burned away into a steel landscape where the woman was hoisted high into the air, terribly disfigured. Quickly, the pillars of machinery hum to life and spew horrible smelling chemicals, the wires pumping silvery liquid into the woman, disfiguring her as she was pulled up into darkness. Ian returned with a jolt, the Khopesh uttering a guttural scream as a long blade crashed down towards a support beam, the core exterior breaking away to leave a massive hole in the structure. The cloud of powder had gone away, and so had the visions... But the monster hadn't.

Ian jolted back with a gasp, his body had broken into a cold sweat but he regained his senses when he realizes what was happening once more. "Damn this thing." He yelled, sending heaps of scrap barreling towards the Khopesh. But instead of just hitting it, he attempted to attach the metal to the Khopesh. Bending it around its limbs and body, trying to encase its appendages.

The creature grunted in annoyance as metal surrounded it, pushing some away, tearing through the rest. It's telekinetic control was too strong. Damien had positioned himself in the far reaches of the dome, breaking off bits of metal to make massive bullets, which he loaded into his sniper. He took shots, the rail coil delivering the bullets at super sonic speeds, but ultimate failing, getting caught in the monsters pull.

"Alright, I've got something for you, freak show." Ian's visor came up on his helmet, leaving a clear piece of glass to see through but still allowed protection. His normal emerald green eyes with gold flecks began to shimmer and glow, as the gold pieces began enlarging and overtaking the green of his irises, eventually leaving him with completely glowing gold eyes. Focusing his stare on the Khopesh, he immediately felt a stabbing pain between his eyes. He cursed under his breath, as he felt his mind seemingly leech off the Khopesh, replicating its telekinesis inside of Ian's cells. With his two hands, he felt the telekinesis bend to his will, using the Khopesh's own power against it and imposing his will upon it. He mentally grabbed the Khopesh, holding it still and began to pull it apart with his mind, virtually trying to mentally rip it in half.

At first the monster shuddered... Then it let out a horrifying scream, it's shell splitting off as its skin began to tear,'silver liquid pouring out like liquid mercury. Slowly, entrails and organs wretched out as the monster broke into two, leaving a floating, bloody mess. Damien lowered his weapon and took a deep breath, holstering the sniper and leaning back on the support beam as his mag boots kept him in place. "Damn..."
-
Ian screamed when he ripped the Khopesh in half, his eyes reverting back to their normal colors but with a white hot pain between his eyes. He held his head between his hands, or helmet rather and breathed heavily.
-
The bloody pieces slowly drifted around as Damien have Ian a long look, his sensors alight with various warnings. Kicking off from the support beam, Damien drifted up, reaching the vault main platform. "Well... That's one way to deal with a Khopesh."
-
Damien leans against the dome, motioning for Ian to keep moving. He needed a moment to bandage himself. Drawing a small STIM from his belt, he lobes the equipment at Ian to clear the headache. "Should be open now..."
-
"A whole lot of blackmail. Info to topple small colony governments... And plenty of credits. And... Files on Lordan Labs." "Hey. Who knew...?" Damien remarks, cracking his knuckles and pulling a data chip from his tool belt, sliding it across the screen, transferring all the data immediately. "Operation changes. Get a new ship, and scuttle this one. I'll have Lucien and Wilson meet us at the hangar." "Wait... Just like that...? What about what's on the files? What happened to this place?" "Not your concern." "Bullshit. Why are we really here Damien? To cover up your trail?" Damien falls silent for a moment, his helmet fading down to its normal state, only a few stutters flashing across due to damage. "We are here to get money, get gear, and make sure the other Khopesh don't repopulate."
-
"There's still one more.. Right?" Ian questioned, not in the mood to argue with Damien like Nikki. Whatever Damien felt was right, he'd follow along. Mainly because the splitting headache he'd gotten forced him from doing otherwise.
-
"What...? Should be two... You met one?" "Threw it into space." Damien throws his arms up in frustration, his wounds and upheaval of bullets putting him in a foul mood. "You can't just shove the problem somewhere else. It's gonna get back in..."
-
"It won't suffocate? Jesus." Ian said, exasperated. "Damien, we're gonna need to have a talk about the physical taxing of seals." Ian could deal with the manipulation of metal, but the eye seals were something he hadn't tried until then. Come to think of it, He'd discovered them on his own, without Damien's help. Not bad.
-
Damien slams the palm of his hand into Ian's chest, a massive burst of energy pulsing through him... And exhilarating feeling as if a thousand angry bees injected refreshing cool energy into his very veins. "Okay. One thing at a time. We have what we need. I'm going to find the control deck. You two need to get us a ship."
-
Ian jumps with a start, exclaiming out loud and shaking his head. "A guy could get addicted to that. And I hope there's another one on here. Unless you want me to try and salvage this thing." He says, encompassing L9 with a wave of his hand.
-
"Sure, but you'd be in charge of clearing Habitation. I'm sure the wildlife would love to help you fix the plumbing." Damien leaped backwards into the low gravity. Nikki only stared in silence, her fists clenched into tight balls. "And how will you get off?" "Uh... I'll wing it."

-
"Only good thing is that he hates Imogen more than me. Get those two in a room and we might have them wipe each other out... Alright. Get your shit done." Damien pulsed forward, appearing at a far end of the room, slipping into a doorway... And out of sight. "Hangar... That can't be too far..."

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend. But I guess that doesn't apply if the enemy of your enemy is also your enemy." Ian said with a chuckle, using the jets on his boots to blast across the low grav area, looking back at Nikki. "Tram, or are you gonna get motion sickness again?" He said teasingly.
