After watching the recent stream from Myelin Games, I wondered about the House of Exiled. They appear to not have a kell, and we are unsure if they even have a prime. Taniks moves freely without a kell or prime, as he is a mercenary for the fallen. For the Exiled to not have a Kell or Prime, the logical step for them is to be mercenaries. On Luna, we can see similar markings of Taniks' cloak. This information regards that either; Taniks was on Luna beforehand or rather that some other fallen of the House of Exiled have been in the same House as Taniks beforehand. This piece of speculation still gives Taniks a connection to the Exiled. Also Taniks only has mechanical arms meaning his ranking is can forever be a captain as long as he has repairs. On another hand, Anonpig and Myelin Games brought up the idea that the House of Exiled and/or Taniks could be splicers for other Houses, I interpreted this as them as being a resource for other Houses in times of need. With that idea we can also speculate about how splicers are seen in terms of ranking, or if they have their own ways of ranking as if they viewed as a controllable faction that requires little attention within a House.
