Yep thats what I see too.
I've been having a blast in PVP lately, most matches finishing with teams 500 - 2000 or so apart, great close games.

Exactly!!! I don't care about being ou stomped from being outplayed. I enjoy that because I learn new ways to try and take people out... But being beat by red bar gods teaches you nothing because you can't really combat a teleporting shotgun that took 2 GGs because he's lagging so bad that he's literally teleporting around on my screen...
