Just bought a house AMA
I'm sure there aren't a ton of people in Off-topic who have bought a home so if anyone is curious about the process or maybe just curious what my wife and I purchased specifically, ask away!

1 返信Very nice, man! I hope you did your homework and hired a good inspector before purchase, though. The size of that tree on the left side worries me a little with how close it is. Foundations are an expensive fix.

4 通の返信Mortgage or "out right"? I own mine out right. It was so nice going to the seller and saying your chain free and not having to worry about setting up the mortgage.
