So l was on my galaxy tab 4 tablet listening to Spotify when all of a sudden my earphones suddenly lowered to a volume so low it was barely audible at max volume. It was only when I plugged in the headphones that the volume lowers. I couldn't find a forum or site for this since I have been searching all week. I know the amount of trolls and cancer on offtopic but help would be appreciated.

I am currently a tech support supervisor at Microsoft. I'll be much more helpful than most of these twats here. First, you want to plug in your headphones and unplug them. Do this a couple times and if that doesn't work proceed to the next step. Turn off your device and turn it back on again. If the volume is still not audible, start banging ear pieces on a desk. This will allow for the components to rearrange itself and ultimately fix your issue. Now, if this even doesn't work, go to your local Apple Store and buy the newest product of your choice and keep buying the new model every year to make sure that your audio issue never happens again. 1 返信Your headphones jack and tablet port aren't making a stable connection. That means the port is probably ruined or your headphones jack isn't sitting inside the tablet properly. Buy some new headphones and if that doesn't work then the port is messed up.
