Stormtrance takes no skill....
Sorry this isn't the usual "nerf" post....or is it lol. Seriously people just float/blink towards enemies and don't even have to aim. I know people are going to come in here and say supers in general take no skill but stormtrance by [b]far[/b] has the highest kill potential and is the easiest in terms of aiming and movement. Bladedancers and hammer of sol has its limitations but stormtrance had very little.

I'm a .94 on my best character and I smoke storm callers 9 times out of 10. If they're far enough away I can auto rifle or pulse to death. If I'm close I go behind a corner and spam invective. Call me dirty but I love killing storm callers because, to me, they're one of the easiest to kill.

Stormtrance attack can't be used while gliding. Jump high enough and they'll have little else to do. While they glide up, you fall down and repeat while damaging them. Bladedancers can at least attack multiple times in mid air

2 通の返信I'm terrible with stormtrance and bladedancer (arguably the two easiest supers). I will usually get one kill then die. Idk what's wrong with me.

I'm sorry but how? It doesn't have the fast mobility(except the blink) than hammer or blade leaving me open for a quick sniper shot to the head along with it being one of the weakest supers. There's a lot more then just holding down the trigger button.

18 通の返信If you got killed by it then you're the one who has no skill to overcome/beat it. These kinds of posts are utterly annoying. It's very obvious people post these out of frustration. Do you honestly think people who stormtrance are gonna feel bad about themselves after reading this? No. They'll think umad about the super because you got electrecuted to death.

Stormtrance does take skill. More specifically, it takes skills related to timing and positioning. Why do I say that timing plays a big part in Stormtrance? Well, if you can catch up to your enemies fast, you can kill them with righteous, furious lightning. You also have to know when to call upon the mighty power of Stormtrance, in order to maximize its effectiveness. Why do I say positioning? Well, if you use Landfall with Stormtrance, you know the drill. In addition, you only have so much range before it loses effectiveness. And the best part? [quote]It has about as much effective range as the Shadowshot, AND less range the Hammers of Sol. So, when you think about it, Stormtrance's range isn't OP.[/quote] And before you say it, my screen name is purely satirical, just like my friend when he says "Hawksaw OP". So you know... This is based solely on my experiences as a Warlock main and a Titan alt. End of "essay".

Bladedancer has the same form of tracking at short range sunbreaker has longer range with potential tracking and explosion. I'd really prefer not to see another stormcaller nerf. Especially considering I've been playing PvP with it and don't even have it maxed yet.

On top of that you have a good grenade, 1hk melee, and can go invisible and move around the map without showing up on the radar. Stormcaller has the shittyest nades of all of the classes, only 1 exotic to help the subclass, and the only good thing about it is the super that comes once every 5 min that can get shut down by 3 people shooting primary, a few shotgun shots, or 1 sniper shot.[spoiler]if you say "but warlock melee range is op far" I'll refer you to throwing knives, smoke, and shoulder charge which are all longer ranged. Quit the bitching and play the game[/spoiler]
