Saying it isn't an evade ability because of specific requirements is the same as saying shoulder charge isn't a melee ability because of its specific requirements.
Sorry but.. it is just a very situational evade ability.

I understand your point, you do not understand mine. My point: warlocks have one usable only during super and a blink better than Bladedancers. Why do you need another? Your point: Ionic blink is too situation and eats super energy so it doesn't count because of these specific circumstances. I argued that with your logic SC is fine because it's "too situational" What you need to get: Warlocks do have an evade, but a highly situational one. Also a self rez and a blink jump better than bladedancers that can also be considered an evade.. and an on melee hit overshield (unjustly nerfed but still there). Hunters have 2 if you count BD blink, but they should have these evade options being the scout types. I think it would be fair if warlocks got an ugly pair of exotic boots that ignore all shaders but grants some kind of evade ability one a 3 second cooldown. However, hunters would begin demanding one as well, possibly giving them 2 different evades (as an exotic ability if used on NS with shadestep) so just imagine the salt from that.
