The Hopscotch is actually a low mid pulse rifle which is why it was nerfed because it had Nirwen's fire rate with the Messenger damage. If you this combined with reactive reload(with this gun being the reason you can't get reactive reload on pulse rifles anymore) and you can 2 burst body shot.
