I have spent hours grinding and farming so I can have max discipline for my hunter, only to see my favorite 'nade NERFED so the only thing it can kill in the crucible is myself and it can't stick any more.
C'mon BUNGIE I know u think your SOOO cool "fixing" hunters but your really ticking every one off

120% agreed. The tripmine nerf has really ruined the fun of this game for me. I know it sounds unreasonable but that's how i feel about it. I really don't care about them not being sticky anymore but that damage nerf was totally uncalled for. Bungie your game isn't fun anymore.

I agree completely. It's the one advantage hunters have and it is the only nade we can hold 2 of and as for people complaining about it being used as a sticky nade if you really wanna go there then bungie should mess with the fusion nade that blyth other classes have and can use 2 of and has tracking. But the tripmine is overpowered.

I spent the last six months leveling up my gunslinger to maximize mines why? Because it's the only viable way to stand a chance in PVP, that's why. And Bungie screwed it all to hell with one "patch" (read: how can we BLAM!! up Destiny more). Tripmines were fine. The other classes have tracking 1-shot freaking grenades. Tripmines actually take skill to stick. Or took. Now they're pointless. Thanks for increasing Golden Gun damage (also largely pointless since they were already a one-shot kill) but I want my grenade damage back! See the name? Not just coincidence. Every time I get stuck by a mag grenade and die instantly I want to call upon the Halo gods to smack the Bungie devs in the back of the head with a sudden "what the hell were we thinking?" revelation.....

1 返信They did fix them. They do less damage now and I'm happy with it. The only thing they should have left alone was its ability to stick people. I never got mad when I got stuck with one because they can't follow you like a regular sticky grenade did so it made it challenging

1 返信I definitely agree. Removing the stick bit was acceptable, but nerfing the damn damage was WRONG. It's a trip mine, for -blam!-s sake, and one that is easily avoided, so if a player walks into it, they SHOULD die. I mean come on, without sticking, you really are depending on the other player not noticing the GLARING red beam. Now, instead of killing them, it's a mild nuiscense. Basically, they have made gunslingers next to worthless in pvp, with crap grenades, and crap throwing knives. (Seriously, no kill on a TK headshot, yet no problem with the -blam!-ing insta kill shoulder charge huh?) .. honestly, nerfing this much shit on a hunter and ignoring something like the shoulder charge seriously pisses me off.

1 返信I agree with the trip mines not sticking, but reducing the damage was just pushing it. High armored guardians could've survive the blast and now its just laughable. The stupid part us that Bungie will buff it in the next couple months, due to them not being used as much. And like I said, I don't mind the non sticking part but the reduced damage is a slap in the face. Makes me wonder how they test their game or If they even play it?

There is no right answer to why they did what they did. Semantics being thrown around left and right only piss off the misinformed and fuel the trolls. We can only hope that eventually they will get a future buff and live to see it.

1 返信Even though fusion/magnetic grenades can track to targets and stick to them, the devs nerfed the sticking to enemies on tripmine, which has no tracking. GG.

44 通の返信What is wrong with tripmines? I was popping out doubles and one hits earlier. Tripmines aren't supposed to be sticky. They are traps. Now that we hunters have to use them as traps we complain.
