So they released those stats in the weekly update.....about one legendary per hour. (Approx 1.07 per hour) How did you do? Did you get one an hour? Did it vary by character? My hunter got about the one an hourish one every 1.5 to 2 for my warlock but I got one period for my titan only one.....who got the good rng? Please let me know below
