You can't be rock and ask Bungie to nerf paper just so you can easily beat scissors with no problem.
If you're using a sniper don't get mad when you get annihilated mid range by a doctrine.
If you're running around the map shotgunning everything, just know that next corner you run around there's a 1000ys bullet with your name on it.
You hate the doctrine? Grab that Mida that you love so much and keep your distance.
You see where Im going with this?

1 返信Update: --Paper had a perceived vulnerability and lack of impact. We want more people to use paper. The chance of Paper cuts occurrence has been increased from 3% to 75%. --Rock is widely used and we like that people enjoy its effectiveness. However we don't want it to be the perceived only option. Rock size has been decreased from an average 5 inch diameter to an average 1.5 inch diameter. Rocks also have a 1 in 3 chance of crumbling into jelly. --Scissors are in a good place. We feel that scissors are well-balanced. Scissor sharpness has been reduced 30%. Additionally the hidden high caliber rounds perk has been removed.

What if I like hc's in general & dislike doctrine? You can't deny the effort required to use a hc compared to doctrine is hysterical. We have to "pace our shots with hcs", do you have to pace anything with a bullet hose?

1 返信Statistically rock is the most chosen because of its association with strength and because of that paper comes next. Scissors is the least chosen.

Makes perfect sense and you can easily see the basic concept, but the problems people will always bring up is balance and when you add a pretty large variety of variables: ROF , impact, archetype , recoil pattern all mixed into a bunch of weapons it just can't be perfect, some things will just end up with to little or too much, which we love to focus on. And while they get cursed at and made fun of with their 0.04% changes its just a constant attempt to put back into the Rock Paper Scissors format.

A lot of yes in this post. Unfortunately so many things have been poorly nerfed and buffed that, at this point, all the scissors are fighting cinder blocks, while the paper has to contend with katanas, and the rocks are being smacked around with baseball bats.

And don't you dare say about how fist of havoc is OP. Defender is more or less useless in PVP and Sunbreaker just got nerfed to the ground. Warlocks and hunters have more armour than Titans in their supers. EXPLAIN????

3 通の返信I don't get mad when I lose a gunfight to the doctrine at mid range. I get mad when I lose a gun fight to doctrine at long range. It should not have the range it currently does. And yes I've used it and still think it's op. More damage fall off and it will be fine
