What's your luckiest day in Destiny?
Today, after what seems like a lifetime of trying, I got my first Eyasluna with rangefinder, braced frame, and luck in the chamber.
Then I decided to go try and get a God roll on a 1000 yard... but the cryptarch had only primary and heavy.. so I got a heavy.. it had a higher reload than it did blast radius.. so I got rid of it..
I then proceeded to get a legacy engram from zur and (if I didn't already have the blueprints for it I would have been so happy) I got a helm of saint 14.
So after collecting my cryptarch package I found that I had received a legendary secondary.. so I thought to myself. I still have a chance. So what happens? I decrypted it...
I got a sniper, may have not been the one I necessarily was going for, but I still wanted it..
The zen meteor.
Now I know what some of you may be thinking. 1, this guy sucks and even though I've never met him, I already hate him. 2, dude I've never had that luck before. 3, I already have really good guns, so I don't care. 4, good for you man, I'm happy that you've finally got what you wanted. And 5, is he here only to gloat and rub it in people's faces?
Well to that last part, no, no I'm not. I came here to ask you one question.
What's the luckiest day in Destiny you've had so far?
This would come in second for me, right after the day I got 3 hawkmoons in year 1.

1 返信First ever vog run got truth, vex mythoclast, gjallahorn, I was lvl25 using all blues ended with 4 legendaries and 3 exotics

1 返信Year 1 got a ghally, truth, mida, ice breaker, red death, vex mythocast, and crux of crota all in one day broke my headset I was so excited. Miss those days I do

1 返信Second legendary in how to drop for me was my hopscotch pilgrim I didn't use pulse rifles at the time so I almost got rid of it then on a whim I leveled it up That week. I didn't reroll it and never looked back lol

1 返信Last night when I was trying to win a salvage match for the Shaxx bounty and it put me in 10 consecutive match-in-progress games with a heavy opponent lead and I lost 10 games in a row before becoming extremely irate resulting in drowning my sorrows in a half gallon of mint moose tracks ice cream and swearing that I would never play destiny again. Then I did.

Now here's the thing: I never really got the crazy good, rare or exclusive guns but for a few examples. I got black hammer and hunger of crota on my first two runs of crotas end, and I got the preedyths timepiece pretty early on (but I dismantled it before I knew it was good, rip), and I pulled that one doctrine with stability out the ass from trials one week. But this weekend, I got (prepare yourselves) a longbow with shortgaze, almost max stability and firefly, a firefly harrowed defiance, Does Not Bow, Universal Remote, another doctrine with great stability and hidden hand, AND a grasp of malok. I'd never had any of these guns except for doctrine, I had actively wanted all of them except for Does Not Bow, and was unbelievably psyched when they dropped. Not sure about you guys but I think that's a pretty crazy weekend all around.

1 返信The day I found I was going to be a dad, my brother texted me "let's kick some ass in NF to celebrate". So the Archon Priest fell, and he got some shitty legendary. Out of the the blue, he starts screaming "Gjallarhooooooorn!!! You got it!!!" I was confused, and thought he was joking "Yeah, sure" He wasn't joking, and the age of the Gjallarhorn began for me. Man, I miss the good old days...

2 通の返信Receiving my first Gjally after an Archon Priest nightfall. That was a time when having it made any player accepted by default in any raid team. Lol For Year 2 players I know it's hard to understand, unfortunatelly...

2 通の返信Randomly tried to farm the Winter Kell. Third try, it drops a exotic primary, it decrypts into the Misa Multitool. (I've been trying to get the Mida Multitool for seven months.)

1 返信It was New Year's Day 2015, I got a legendary engram in the postmaster and it was the Red Hand IX. I was so happy! I used that gun so much. A close second would be when I joined a raid team at crota as they were killing him and got black hammer.

1 返信Last Word dropped for me out of my first legendary engram in Destiny and when Rahool was at his worst, I switched to it from a rare Maverick and never took it off again. I picked up one more from a Crucible match a couple weeks after and have used that one to upgrade, ascend and tweak in the original's place; the original is in my first Primary slot and remains untouched. I hope not to jinx it by saying so, but my luck in Destiny has always been better than I know how to ask for.
