"Rip COD" and "Hail BF1" people are instruments
Sorry, but you are. EA tried to act as BF1 was that underdog shooter who will clean up the shooter milieu and "beat" CoD, and all the fanboys turned into their PR marionettes. Sorry but that's the truth. Personally, I barely play any FPS but generally I prefer BF to COD, but all the dislikes on the COD trailer already show it all. I bet there's actually people who haven't even watched the COD IW trailer and left a dislike, viewless people who jump on any hype train there is.

4 通の返信I don't want either. But the fact remains. The new CoD looks as bad as the last 3. Maybe worse. Plus the stupid MW remaster bundle BS. Battlefield 1 is exactly the breath of fresh air needed for the genre after all the futuristic crap. So yeah. I love how everyone is putting down BF1 now just because of this post pointing out some mindless fanboys which every game has.

Never really liked Bf myself... but all i've played is the 3rd one and my playing experience is limited to shooting people in the face with a sniper, just have them duck recover health, pop up, repeat. Might try the new one though. And while I do like CoD... it's also overly hyped. I've felt that every one since bo1 has been a downgrade... Tempted to get iw just for mw1 but I don't wanna spend that much for something that should be a $20 stand-alone.

Yesterday I thought of something. Remember how we got the first few Star Wars battlefront trailers and were super hyped for the first modern Star Wars game? Now do you remember how let down you felt when you played the beta and realized how "not so good" it was? I want it to be good, but I feel like we're setting ourselves up for disappointment setting our standards so high so early with BF1. Mark my words.

12 通の返信If I'm going to be honest, part of me wants BF1 to flop massively and have an even worse launch than BF4 with less content than Battlefront just to shut those pathetic fanboys up. It really is -blam!-ing exhausting going to any comment section or forum and seeing everyone jerking off to a game developed by a dev who has -blam!-ed up massively [i]twice[/i] this generation alone.
