I mean they really want Disney to make Elsa from frozen gay. I also see hashtags to make her girlfriend brown...
What the -blam!- is happening to our society?

14 通の返信People are strange. Kids don't think like that unless the parents make them. I used to watch Sesame Street, I remember Bert and Ernie sharing a bed! As a child I never thought anything of this! Then years latter the imaginary puppets are supposedly gay! Let kids be kids for -blam!- sake.

200 通の返信It's 2016 it's about damned time Disney introduced a gay character. Gay boys and girls need to grow up with representation of their sexuality in the media they consume so their feelings can be validated and they can know from a young age that being gay is absolutely okay. As a gay woman I can't even begin to tell you how alienating it was to grow up in a society where I had no exposure to other gay people. I knew I liked girls from a very young age but there were no characters on TV I could relate to. We're not looking to turn everyone gay, we just want fair representation. One gay Disney princess is still only a drop in the ocean compared to the number of heterosexual characters in TV and film. It's not asking much.

Gay characters are fine,dont change an already established character's sexuality to pander to those who whine. If you want a gay character,just introduce one. Or something,I dunno I've had like 2 hours sleep today

35 通の返信This is the reason people think homosexuality isnt a choice, but it is. A girl might think trucks are cool, and her democratic parents will tell her that she is gay. Then she will will watch frozen 2, and completely believe that she was "born" gay just like Elsa. Homosexuality is a choice. Anyone who can't see that is clearly brain dead.

25 通の返信All Disney's trying to do is help the next generation learn that it doesn't matter whether you're gay, straight, trans, Christian, Muslim, poor or rich. Everyone's a person and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

I feel like some people legitimately want representation in media, and then very few want a further excuse for the Anna/Elsa incest. I'm thinking its 97 to 3 when it comes to representation versus trashy people
