You have to be invisible for this to work though right? If so, this doesn't seem helpful to me. The chances of you crouching to begin to go invisible, timing it perfectly when to throw the knife and getting a MANDATORY precision throw... Just to one shot? That's much harder than throwing the knives regularly and putting one bullet in your enemy. This is cool to know, but not practical in the slightest.
