I spent close to 70$ on those damnable sterling boxes and got a bunch of useless stuff. There is no phone number or even an email address posted on the website for me to contact someone about this. Seriously though Bungie, where is your customer service? I need to actually speak to someone because this is unacceptable, and I don't want to hate your game.

I agree with you that it's a crock of crap to buy these things only for them to contain useless crap you didn't want but you had to know going into it that it was like buying a scratch off lottery ticket you had a big chance of not getting what you wanted I'm only glad I wasted $10 and said "I'm done"

I was OK with getting random stuff. I was also willing to spend the 70$. I was NOT willing to get duplicates of everything, and almost nothing I could use. talk all the sh*t you guys want to. I have a grievance and I'm seeking answers. that's what this thread is for. if I wanted trolls, I would've gone to reddit.

you want to call them so you can get your money back because you had bad luck on what you bought…? Imagine if you went to a restaurant and said surprise me and you didn't like what they served you, by that standard you should get a refund for that

as a paying customer I expect certain services, one being that if I spend any amount of money, 5$ to 200$, and If im not happy with my service,I expect to be compensated in some way. that's the thing about America. we get what we want. if the world went with your standards, I'd be paying someone to poison me. suprise, it's blowfish cut by an amateur :)

Unfortunately for you America is Capitalist nation. Bungie is a company that needs to make profit. When you bought the Silver there is a disclaimer that says all items are nonrefundable. When you bought the sterling treasure boxes it also said NON-REFUNDABLE. So yes, for some reason Americans believe that they should always get what they want, however companies are aware of that mindset and are sure to cover their butts.

ok, but you knew you were purchasing something that left it all to probability as to what you would actually get, so having bad luck on the probability that you bought and agreed to should not give you a refund, I have to say it's a great marketing strategy by bungie
