Voidwalker's animation needs to be shorter. Given that, unlike other supers, you have to be exposed to the enemy while initiating, it's way too easy to die mid-animation.

The other two require you to be in line of sight of the opponent to utilize the super. Titan throws his body or runs around throwing hammers. Hunter has to pop out without any armor and get the shot off or has to literally touch the opponent with the blade. See where I'm coming from?
