Person who doesn't play destiny....
I found a person who doesn't play destiny at all advertising a questionable sight with "deals" for Xbox money cards when you inspect his name he doesn't play destiny at all so I don't know if he breaking rules but he's just spamming the sight in chats should I report him?

10 通の返信Yes you should report him if he is spamming. When it says that the account has not played Destiny, he/she has not linked their Bungie.net account with their account on the console. You need a Bungie.net account it even post on the forums.
