Different name, more or less, the same thing. There's even a Hunter "cloak" that has no hood (the one from Taniks' Strike). If Bungie continues to put out cloaks with no hoods, why would they even consider 'capes' for the Titan class that already has a class item?

Havent u ever seen the roman capes? They can make them different from cloaks man. Say it starts on the back of the right shoulder abd comes around to the front of the right shoulder. That looks nothing like a hunter cloak. I hate titan class armor that just hang on the side of the leg. I like the kilts, i just think we need more variety.

Destiny 2? Maybe. I don't see anything changing in Destiny. Besides, the Titan Mark is meant stand APART from the Hunter's and Warlock's class item. Variety is fine, but when your variety stands too close to others, it's less unique for the Titan.
