Snipers need a nerf anyone feel it...
Bodyshots, bodyshots, bodyshots they're like long range firebolts they need to cut down body damage and implement the halo method that removes people when hardscoped if shot. The amount of games that have become people team bodyshooting each other is ridiculous you either snipe or get sniped. It's no coincidence every game mode and trials have become a snipers paradise with guns like 1000k promoting quick body shots with insance rate of fire being allowed to tank almost all shots while landing that kill shot. There is no penalty for just shooting for the body, as a team of snipers will kill you with two shots everytime with very little to no skill required just knowledge of map. What's worse is since the majority of Destiny maps are tiny they can launch a firebolt or use last word to finish the job.

4 通の返信Sniper is the easiest weapon to use, it's a crutch right now, I do not care what numbers or stats, blah blah blah blah, you throw out, fact is it's stupid easy and requires no skill

The only problem about de scoping is that unlike halo, which is click to zoom and stays zoom until you click again, Destiny ads is on a trigger, so you would have to re pull the trigger, which would make snipers almost unusable.

4 通の返信why cant they just make the thing descope when shot. as far as i can tell that should solve most of the problem. only the fast reacting snipers will be able to snipe you before you land at least 1 shot to descope him. this will force them to retreat or use their primary.

[quote] guns like 1000k promoting quick body shots[/quote] I didn't even know that that is a gun even less a number I think you mean 1k (since k stands for thousand in case you didn't know) and sniping deserves a nerf as much as a shotgun. For example, I usually get a negative k/d using a sniper in trials or elimination, but with a shotgun I can take out the whole team easily. And if you want to name pros of snipers you might want to include the cons too, like when sniping you lose around 70% of your vision as when shotgunning you keep your whole screen. So I guess what I'm saying is please stop making shotgunners look bad. [spoiler] Sincerely a shotgunner. [/spoiler]

Agreed. I almost broke my controller during the last Iron Banner. It was getting ridiculous... But if they nerf one thing, then the house of cards that is their weapons balance comes down and something else will get f*cked y'know?
