I just played doubles with someone who switched from XBox 1 to ps4. He has no exotics and still rocked in pvp.
If you friend had a bit of common sense then he would speak up and say he has played the other console.

Yeah. Well Idk if he had over 4600 on ps4 either but he's been playing since shortly after tdb so he's got time and knows how to play. I wasn't saying you were saying it was like a hard "4600 = skill," like I saw the 95% thing. I was just making an example of that 5% that are the exception.
