Sunsinger is without a doubt the most op class in the game, and that's without super (hunter's wombo combo comes pretty close though). flame shield is ridiculous when you consider the fact that a warlock's regular melee alone is op. Then there's the insanely op firebolt nades. In trials the other day, I went to cover behind a wall until the burn would wear off, but I got kicked to orbit. pathetic.
edit: lmfao at all the idiotic replies about other nades. a tripmine can't kill in one hit against any subclass with Max armor unless it is a direct hit (which takes actual skill). a lightning nade can easily be avoided after the first tick (unless you are a PvE player who doesn't even know what damages you). fusion nades require a stick to the body (takes way more skill than a nade that you can just chuck in the general area of the enemy and rush them after 8 seconds and they still had no recovery).
edit 2:
-instant health recovery after last burn tick is a must.
-flame shield only on kill (warlock's melee alone is already op so it would make complete sense).

1 返信Then make Shoulder charge a 2 hit kill, and reduce Throwing knife damage because then it would be underpowered. While we're at it, make all grenades 2 hit kills.

A direct hit from a bounceable grenade, i.e. stun, supressor, incindiary, deals 170. That is if it goes off right on them. That firebolt deals so much damage irreguardless of placement is a little wonky. That said, a voidwalker scatter grenade can deal over 210 damage, and paired with nothing manacles, it often does. Fire bolt isn't the most OP because of damage, but because of its ease of use.

Smith5084により編集済み: 2/19/2016 2:23:12 PMThe whole super is built around grenades and melee... The firebolt grenades don't even one hit kill you... If there is a grenade in the game that is OP (and I'm not saying that there is) I would argue that it's probably the trip mine with the gauntlets that make them last longer... I managed to kill 3 people with one of them in regular elimination last week... Still not sure how that happened, but that's the one grenade in the game that will one hit kill without it being attached to the opponent.

5 通の返信Not to mention melee that lights on fire dealing 199 at the end, and gives you an overshield for hitting someone

4 通の返信Ok please help me without being rude help me understand this logic. I keep seeing these nerf firebolt posts and i just dont get it. Trip mine can kill multiple targets with one hit. I do it a lot. Flux grenade kills in one hit if stuck. Fusion grenades kill in one hit. Yet people complain about the grenade that CANT kill you???? Why? would you rather just die so you can respawn faster? I really do not understand the logic here. Not to mention this is a once every roughly 40 seconds occurrence.

29 通の返信Literally anyone telling OP to stop whining uses the Warlock fireball grenade combo crutch with self res and just doesn't want it nerfed, when in all actuality, warlocks have been super strong and super ignored for such a long time. I have this weird feeling bungie just loves their precious Warlock to death. In 3v3 a team of 3 sunsinger warlocks is only matched by another team of sunsinger warlocks (all people have equal skill in this example)

6 通の返信I like how everyone starts complaining about Sunsinger out of nowhere
probably because this community is running out of stuff to cry about
2 通の返信Trials lvl advantages are enabled. 320 warlock with fire bolt> 300-310 guardian Helpless. 1 hit kill. That is bs. Reduce the burn time or decrease the damage it does. Make it just a little less OP.
