Crimson Doubles 10/10
Seriously, I'm having a great time. Whether I win or lose, it's ~5 minute games of high intensity firefights. I haven't run into this many cool players since I was looking for friends to do VOG.
I was genuinely surprised to see so much hate. I would've thought you guys would be excited about new content. I haven't had this much fun on Destiny since the Prison of Elders was released.
What's the best gear you've gotten?
Anybody who says the Valentine shader is just a slightly different God of War hasn't seen it on a Warlock with the Voidfang Vestments. Absolutely beautiful.
I'm seeing a lot of people wishing that the event was PvE related instead. Besides upgrading the old raids, what are some PvE events that you can think of? I'm seeing a lot of complaints without any ideas of ways to improve it. It's easy to say "we want PvE content not PvP!" But what exactly do you want? Upgraded raids are still rehashed content. I want to see some new ideas.

U can lose every game and luck out. I want a passage so I can go flawless. The rules should of been tweaked. Like 2v2v2 like halo did. Or band objective type elimination. I mean if you can put the time in to make SRL the then this should of been a walk in the park. To top it off level advantage is disabled, which is stressful because being killed by year one God guns is no fun. I like year one, but the guns are OP as -blam!-. I got melted by a vex an didn't know what to do . Then u don't spawn with special ammo so all u have to do is just dust off God's ice breaker. I honestly believe the icebreaker is the most OP GUN IN ANY GAME. which is cool bungie should of just ran with it and made even more OP guns to broaden the options but I guess they ran out of ideas

1 返信I've been getting smashed by trials players, but to that end it's been a huge learning curve which is good. Never been tbagged more. Never cared less. It's got a nice atmosphere...

Good fun done Hunter with son and Warlock with friend, will start Titan tomorrow really close 4:5 match with revives and supers, we JUST lost, so Me : Good Game Them : Same here Me : Cheers Before that a couple of sweaties/try hards Later a few other good players, playing well. At the end of a round I was bowing to the losing team Earlier when on Hunter with my son he got hate mail! We were playing cleanly but to be honest sneaking around.

feeling kind of godly when you have the buff is cool but otherwise this is just more crucible really...and I'm saying that as a guy who has mainly played PvP the last couple of months...I raid when someone needs 1more, do the NF if I ever feel like it but mostly just fire up the disc for an hour or two of crucible...its fun but I think a week of it will be plenty

1 返信How about for starters making your week long event have more than a couple of hours worth of bounties? It should be sorta like IB with weekly/daily stuff to do.

Honestly, I've had a blast playing doubles. It's fun and requires map control and strategy to take down the last guy, it's not an easy kill. Now, can we fix special ammo exploits, take away heavy ammo and make it a permanent playlist (maybe with arotation of modes, too). This is the only thing I would play if that happened. So fun.

6 通の返信Queens wrath can be brought back with updated queens weapons. Bounties can hunt the taken zealots. I'm not sure how bungie missed this one.

Valentine looks pink on my hunter (and nothing like God of war) I've been getting drops win or lose so it is worth the time to me. It probably depends on how ring is treating you whether you enjoy the event or not

You say you want to see more ideas from PvE peeps on 'new content', but isn't Doubles just Trials minus 1? I'm not bashing doubles. I played it yesterday and enjoyed it too but it's not exactly a whole new game mode here. PvE players want anything at this point. Every update is always PvP focused. This one is no exception.

I enjoy this event. I already knocked out all bounties on all sprites, have the emblem, two shaders(rosebright is bone marrow to me), and the sugary shell. I need the Crimson shell lol. Not to mention I had the best drops for ranking up d.o. Back to back. My titan got me vacuum diagram, and right after my lock got me the Fermi solution. I need one ship I think and the exotic item and I'm good to switch factions.
