Destiny Error Cattle for three days.

On my Xbox 360, Destiny wont let me get past the title screen it keeps giving me a lost connection to partner service and error code "cattle" this is the third day and i really would like to play. its not my internet and i already contacted Microsoft and they did what they could but still nothing. i really would like to know whats going on and if i can ever play again.

Even when other games seem to be working fine we've found that Destiny may require a few tweaks to your network to get the best performance.
