Let's be honest. A lot of people hate Destiny. A lot of people love it.
So. Will YOU get the sequel? Will you step forward?
Destiny failed at Launch. Not in gameplay, or visuals or any of that, but expectations. We were VERY disappointed, at lead some of us, or most of us. Whatever.
Due to that stupid reason to reboot the game. That lead to the writer leaving, the battle between Bungie and Activision, the loss of Destiny's story and plan, and finally...
The loss of the legend himself, Martin O Donnel.
So. Will you get Destiny 2? I will. Since TTK was great. Destiny 2 won't be rebooted last second, will probably also have a goodish story, and will bring the universe forward.
But they better not reboot or I will be pissed.
EDIT: Holy crap over 400 replies! Clever Clever Creatureessss.....

10 通の返信I'll get it for sure but they need to stop screwing up with weapon crap because snipers should be nerfed a bit but shotguns and fusions especially need a bit of a buff plus I can't believe Sunbreakers are like unusable now because of whiny ass warlocks and hunters who can't let Titans have fun MIC DROP

I will most likely, just really hoping that they make destiny 2 in line with current gen titles. Aka - it really needs 60FPS. I Realize destiny was built when last gen was relevant, and the PS4/Xbone versions feel/look like PS3/360. But you can really tell a difference when the developers focus on current gen instead of dedicating resources to the old consoles too. At the very least, this is what I want for destiny 2

8 通の返信Ima wait for Angry Joe's review and see if they fix the content problemas well, other wise it'll be a bargain bin pick up.

I want to, probably won't. Why? Likely: - "Fixed" the grind again - Probably can't keep the weapons you want - Continue with 'you can play any game because this is a hobby game'. LMAO - Force teamwork, yet no matchmaking.

I'll buy it. I'm critical of Bungievision at times but in the end, I've had great times and met great people in 100s of hours of playtime in a fantastically gorgeous sci-fi world, using a slew of sick weapons. Why wouldn't I want to do that again?

Yeah, I'll get it. Bungie really needs to add something new to this game in Destiny 2 though. It's going to be a real disappointment if it's released and they only added 2 patrols or something. It should have the equivalent to vanilla's release. 3 to 4 patrols, at least 2 new races or update all the races with more types of enemies in each race. 1 or 2 new weapon types. New subclasses (possibly). And a ton of fun exotics for us to work for.

Depends on their pricing model. If it is going to be subscription based, content dlc based or the microtransactions dlc stupidity that we have now. I think the current dlc live team stuff is thin on content and just a way to introduce new items to buy. If it moves to a subscription based model with substantial dlc every couple of months or large DLC content for x number of dollars then it'll be a serious consideration. Or if The Division is great and not setup like the current state of destiny that may take over my console.

2 通の返信If there is ranked playlists, dedicated servers, and customs. Games can only last so long on pve alone, and destiny has sort of lost that aspect. Ttk was great for the first month, but what is there left to do?
