Because they're supposed to be up close and personal/very close quarters type of character. They should not be the fastest class in the game, especially with the help of twilight garrison. Basically they shouldn't be able to be dodging like that. The idea of the evade is good, but in my opinion it is the wrong type of evade.

first of all. have you tried it? because i did and i love it. it is in no means OP. it has a cool down, it can only be activated twice. you are not going positive just because you have it. only the very skilled player will be able to make use of it. i love using it, but i still -blam!- up a lot with it. it also doesn't make you faster in any way. but you just said titans need to be close and personal. well this helps them do so... i don't see a reason why warlocn would need something like that. especially so many people already told you that you will get the astrocyte verse helmet. better blink. if you are not happy with that, then i seriously don't get it. hunters would -blam!-ing kill for it, and probably cry nerf when it comes out

I'm not saying it's OP I'm just saying that the animation/style of evade that it gives a titan shouldn't really be on them. Everyone on this forum goes on about titans being "tanks", but a tank cannot do that kind of thing
