This sh*t needs to stop.... Its got to be the SINGLE most annoying thing that you guys do when it comes to gear. It's inconvenient, and improbable as well as unfair (Yes i'm aware i used Inconvenient and unfair in the same sentence when it came to a Bungie game). The aforementioned Classified weapon is the Mida tool, it's going to get A LOT, A LOT of usage... And I understand that you want to create a longer shelf life for your game. But this isn't the way to do it.... It only succeeds in pissing off the community and get yourselves a load of Vitriol that is really unnecessary and preventable.
