Hahaha penalise ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Nah but seriously you couldn't have said it any better. It's next to impossible to get a flank on someone now (usually a sniper) without virtually touching their nipples with your barrel and by that time you've already been gunned down by nirwins mercy, out ranged by last word or quickscoped by some sweaty with Dorito crumbs on their controller. Yeah shotguns may have had the slightest bit too much range but you could counter it by simply turning around and walking the other way, they're supposed to be a "close range" weapon that packs a punch now it's an even closer range gun that packs a sandwich for your lunch. There was never that much of an issue with shotguns pre 2.0, if you're silly enough to charge someone with a shotgun aimed at you; you probably deserved to be shot. All (whatever the [b]f[/b]uck I just said) aside both snipers and shotguns need to be "fixed" snipers maybe take a bit the AA away and minimise the hitbox size and shotguns make them usable again just give them their range back ( give or take a couple meters ;) ). Plz make shotguns viable in the crucible again
