Holiday: You're in the lead! Stay- Variks: Guardians!!! Lend me your earssssss. Dismantle race mines yessss? Holiday: Oh great who brought him here? (Sees cayde trying to hide in the background) Holiday: Cayde.... Did you- Cayde: I lost a bet okay? Now I'm on babysitting duty! Holiday: He's ruining the race! Get him- what in the? Variks: MINES MUST BE PASSED!!!!! OOOORRR DEATH!!!! Thats what I'd imagine would happen!

I would like something akin to a patrol event to happen. Like: The setting is the Endless Drop (I think that's the name of the track). Guardians are on their second lap. The heat is on and racers are desperately trying to get to the front of the group. As the racers complete the lap and the race nears its end, something happens. Suddenly, the fallen crews that plagued the track retreat (battle music begins to play in the background). The race's annoucer (probably Holiday) is baffled. Your Ghost gets your attention. [b]"Guardian. I am picking up a signal. Open frequency. Origin point is... The Reef. I know this might be a bad time and all, but I have the feeling you might want to hear this. Call it a hunch."[/b] Ghost patches the signal through. As you listen to the radio static, you quickly recognize the chittering voice of the Variks, the Loyal. [b][chittering over radio] [i]"Guardian... Variks has news. News you would like to hear, yeessss? Have used crows to keep eyes on fallen. Spy on Houses. Find targets of note."[/i] [chittering] "Not much found, sadly. Wolf pack has been silent as of late, yeeessss? Well, until now..." [chittering] [i]"Crows have spotted the Great Wolf, Skriviks and other Fallen riding on pikes near you. Skriviks was head of Kell's guard to Skolas. First time seen since wolves broke their chains, and now found, he tries to make his escape..."[/i][chittering][i] "Your job is simple- hunt down the running wolf before he disappears once again. Bring me his mantle for loot, yeeeesssss?..."[/i][/b] You and other racers proceed to chase down Skriviks, the Sharp-Eyed (this is a real character that we have not met in-game btw) that is driving a heavy pike along with a pack of reaver vandals on regular pikes down the track. The guardian who deals the most damage to Skriviks before he is killed gets a drop[i] [b]Wolf Pelt Mantle[/b][/i] that you can turn into Variks for special loot. (i cant think of anthing at the moment. Maybe a special fallen theme Sparrow) Well? What do you think?
