I'm a 302 Titan and to be honest.......the sun breaker doesn't need to be nerfed. The sun breaker can still be defeated by
.Long range snipers
.Nova bomb
.Golden gun
.Fist of havoc
.Night stalker
.Sunsinger...well not really unless your really lucky.
.Arc blades
.Grenades
.Stormcaller
To be honest if there was one thing I would nerf it would be the golden gun.
3 shots 1 hit killing any other enemy.
The golden gun lasts for 15-30 seconds.
While they can both kill each over 1 shot why is bungie picking on sun breakers?
Most of the people who are say "Nerf sun breaker" are players who don't have the taken king. WHY ARE YOU GUYS WHINING? You non-taken king players can kill us sun breakers no matter the weapon.
Why is bungie picking on titans? NERFING A SUNBREAKER? Bungie I don't know what idea you guys are coming up with but come on! Nerfing A SUBCLASS? You guys need to stop whining and grow up. Bungie. I honestly really hope you guys re think you guys are gonna do.

4 通の返信Why should a Golden Gun take 2 out of the 3 or 4 shots to kill a Sunbreaker when it takes one hammer to kill a Golden Gun? I didn't cry for a nerf, I always ask for a buff to other things to balance it out, but to say the Sunbreaker wasn't the most OP part of the game to date is just naive. It's would be like Golden Gun with 7-8 tracking shots, splash damage and invincibility on top of an already well armored class.

1 hit killing is exactly what a super is supposed to do. As far as nerfing golden gun....why?...ya got 3 shots that must be manually aimed at the target....Hammer of Sol...throw hammers everywhere with the possibility of killing several with a single well placed hammer. Did I mention the shield they have during the super....nearly impossible to bring one down before you catch a hammer to the face. I don't even use my solar class in PvP because I feel like its cheating somehow. As far as bringing one down with a sniper shot..lol....ever see a titan throwing hammers who wasn't running around wildly..and sure a nova bomb will shut em down IF you happen to be sitting on a super at that moment and can withstand the barrage of flamming hammers to reach him. Nightstalkers are really the best option for taking out a titan mid super...hit him at range before he sets his sights on you and he's done.

The damage of hammer isn't changed they just made it so we can actually die now. Not that big of a deal. Plus they gave striker a solid buff...so I mean... Yeah.

1 返信Hahahahahahahahahaha! your titan super is being nerfed because it is overpowered in relation to the warlock and mainly the hunters 3rd subclass super. Its a long range one shot kill with unlimited throws and is far more destructive and quicker to kill with. It outmatches the other players and therfore is unfair and makes the game unbalanced for players in PVP. I cant really break it down more simply than that. Ive had my fair share of nerfs on this game and am glad to see one thats deserving. Finally bungie.....finally...

L.o.l you know a super is broken when u can kill someone with your hammer, run around still and kill the same person after they have respawned. Some games with my hammer I feel like taking a shower Because getting kills with it is so filthy xD

2 通の返信Hammer of Sol is literally a ranged golden gun that is one shot kill to everything in pvp with firefly and grenades and horseshoes. Don't forget they take 55% less damage when in super AND they regenerate health instantly after a kill. There is not a single super in the game that can equally combat with it.

1 返信As a fellow Sunbreaker I can say they need a little nerf in their armor, but that's about it. Although, my Telesto seems to eliminate them quite well

I'd say its for better balance. Some are fine with not nerfing it, but others feel its too overpowered. If you've seen the numbers, the sunbreaker class is a bit too strong given how much super kills they are getting to outclass all the other titans KDR's. I welcome this nerf as it forces titans to play smarter when using their supers instead of being able to decimate an entire team with little effort.

Have never seen GG last 30 seconds. They're nerfing the damage reduction from 55% to 50.05% and putting a 3 s cool down on cauterize. They're also nerfing the agility some I believe, which might make fleet fire useful now. They're also buffing striker some. The fact that a Sunbreaker can tank a GG shot is ridiculous to even think about. It needed to be fixed. Also, this puts them in low enough damage resistance to actually be killable by a high impact sniper in PvP.

I main a titan always have and as soon as I used sunbreaker I knew it was was too powerful. But it was when I used a hunter again I realised just how rediculous it is. I got used to the titan super lasting soo dam long, I popped gg and was like wtf when it ran out before I got to fire it lol. Now I know that was my bad, I stupidly popped it and tried to flank. But my point is, GG which was one of the top pvp classes if not the best in year one if not the best, just feels soo weak after a few weeks of using sunbreaker. You literally have 7-8 tracking rockets with proximity, health regeneration on hit and an oversheild. It really is godly compared to GG.
