Jolly Holiday is such a load of -blam!-ing donkey shit

That's it. The quest is -blam!-ing bullshit. EDIT: Here's why: First of all, you can't use The First Curse. Doesn't matter if the gun was unavailable until later because of the time it takes to hit rank 5 because the gun is still Tex Mechanica. There's no excuse for not allowing me to use the only other Tex gun in the game. Next, you lose 2 -blam!-ing percent for dying, but only gain 1% for kills. That's asinine. Even an above average player would have a difficult time with this. Even with streaks counting for more points, there are so many little things that can slow you down such as lag, Fellwinter's bullshit, lag, supers, heavy ammo, lag, mlg snipers, more supers, lag, more heavy ammo, lag and finally lag. I got all the way to like 52% in one game. Why? Because I got lucky. While I'm definitely a very solid player, it helped that everyone in the match just wasn't that good. The next few games were slower, but I kept building and building without going down. Finally, I was at 82 -blam!-ing percent and suddenly I was just getting into the worst situations and after about 3 games I was almost back at 52% again. That's unacceptable. I shouldn't need to net OVER 2.0 in every game for a large duration of time for this gun. The average person can't even accomplish this without the bullshit methods people have created online or finding friends to boost them. Lastly, they expect you to do this well with a gun that nerfed in weapon category that they nerfed. The gun was basically doubly nerfed and yet Bungie expects you go above and beyond 360 no scope from behind a wall in multiple games. That's a gargantuan, nigh impossible objective for a LARGE number of players. It's fine to add a difficult objective, but the fact one death can set you back to zero after two kills means that most people would just sit at zero for quite a long time. If you got no good streaks, you'd need more than 2.0 just to get anywhere and trading is just too often the result of gun fights. One for one would be much better. It would keep people who can't maintain more than 1.0 from getting the gun without resorting to dumb shit, but it also wouldn't alienate so much of the player base. So many people haven't done this quest simply because the first part is asking far too much of you and this is coming from somebody who was actually doing pretty well once i found a groove.
