The main difference I'm seeing with Stormtrance compared to other supers that use the charge bar as a timer (HoS, Arc Blade) is that the charge bar does not go down when you're actually using the power (pressing/holding fire/melee). Both HoS and Arc Blade [u]use[/u] part of the bar when throwing/striking. I would personally be OK if using the attack consumed some of the charge while it was going down. It's puts it in line with the other supers. Especially with the Transcendence upgrade we get where it drains slower. Thoughts?
