Nerf/remove 1KYS "aim assist" from Trials
I don't mind a skilled Sniper but all these Guys just get you because of the damn (so called) "aim assist"! I'm sick of having Enemy teams that just camp in the spawn with those things and act like they're skilled. (so called) "Aim assist" has NOTHING to do with skill. It shouldn't be on Trials. *Edit 3* so after People kept telling me that aim assist isn't the reason blahblah i marked everytime i mentioned Aim Assist as "so called aim assist" better? No? Idgaf. I also got it myself and have to say that i get WAY more stuff killed than with the Yasmin. No matter what causes it, every Scrub can play with an 1KYS. I'm the livin proof.
*Edit* Wow i still can't believe how people are insulting me^^ Do you really think i give a damn about u? Did you guys forget your damn manners in the hole you crawled out of? Then please might aswell crawl back in because #HatersCan'tGetMe ^~^

18 通の返信1k yard stare has a pretty normal aim assist (56). TONS of other snipers have better.

1 返信You clearly don't understand what aim assist is! Ppl are good with snipers because they practice! Your stats show you just run around with no plan, no tactics and very little skill.

5 通の返信You know what shows a Year 2 noob? When they think Yard Stare is broken or is the first sniper with aim assist of its kind... NO ONE COMPLAINED ABOUT NEW MONARCY'S SNIPER IN YEAR 1!!!!!

If you think for one second the 1000 yd stare automatically makes you a good sniper, I want some of whatever your smoking. If it was that good you could use it and demolish everyone your hating on. All those guys sniping you are just really good snipers, practice and get better at it instead of complaining

4 通の返信Snipers have always been king. It just shows now because shotgun scrubs like you are being exposed. Sorry us snipers have been practicing our skill for a while. It takes no skill to run up to someone and shotgun em. I've tried it one game in rumble and I felt like I was cheating. And 1k stare doesn't have much aim assist. Shotgaze helps yea, but if they are gonna remove 1k from trials, which is extremely doubtful, they should remove the conspiracy theory D.

I don't think you know what aim assist does for snipers in this game. I think what you're looking for is the hit box and that is fairly large and skewed downward across the board. If there is a sniper to complain about it's the Eirene RR4 with luck in the chamber, kind of defeats the purpose of getting rid of final round snipers...

I'm not gonna chuck away my god roll PvP sniper just cus some -blam!- on the Internet thinks my gun takes no skill. I'll think of you every time I done somebody, because snipers actually take skill, believe it or not. Also, wow, a Phantom medal! Cus those are real hard to get right? Look at you go little guardian. Edit: You think we give a shit about whether you give a shit about us, but in reality nobody gives a flying -blam!- about your opinion.

1 返信If sniping is so easy (which it kinda is) you should snipe. That sniper is available in the vendor and rewarded to you through a quest which everyone can accept. Sniping may not be the most skilled play style however it is much more skilled than blinking around with a shotgun. Snipers had aim assist since vanilla destiny. LDR and her benevolence had much more. Don't complain now that blink and shotguns have been nerfed, rather adapt than complain.

1 返信Removing aim assist is a stupid idea but reducing it significantly on snipers is definitely neccesary.

There is little skill in Destiny, it's just another aim assist one dimensional shooter. Makes me laugh the amount of people that mess around in "competitive" destiny... convincing themselves they're skilled gamers, when 99% of them only play Destiny and CoD... One genre, both with aim assist.

Aim-assist was not your problem. Learning from your mistakes will make you better. Whining about snipers and insuring that they "lack skill" won't. Man up.
