I'm just wondering what you all think about needing a mic to complete the raid, I have beaten every raid I've done without a mic and we did fine, I have 2 characters that are 300+ light, but I'm starting to get sick of being kicked almost instantly because I don't have a mic, you're not going to fail the raid over and over and over again just because 1 or 2 people don't have a mic, just make sure they can hear you and they know what they're doing and you're set
i apologize for the little rant I want on there.
Pixel Crisisにより編集済み: 10/22/2015 2:16:27 PMYes, because there are times when you need to communicate in this raid. You could do it without a mic just fine if everyone knows what to do and is paying attention but generally you need to say your name when you get torn between dimensions on sisters so someone can cover your plate if you were on one, as well as when you land on your platform @ Oryx, and when you get put inside the shade bubble so the others outside know to cover your side so adds don't get inside. Basically, if people were paying close attention you could see who got taken and have the roamer or #4 plate jump on the persons plate, you could see the timing as to when to jump on platforms @ Oryx and when to cover ads outside of the bubble. But so far, I've seen that verbal call outs keeps everyone on point and paying attention - otherwise wipes occur.

1 返信Depends how many people have mics. If you go into a raid with 6 micless people, I doubt it'll go very well. On the other hand, a few micless people here and there if you're doing a well known raid isn't the end of the world.

IndridColeにより編集済み: 10/22/2015 2:06:29 PMSome plp like myself can't even use a mic. I have a Nat3 connection, yes I know there are remedies to this but none of them work if your provider blocks it. I have ran most of the raid with plp who don't require a mic. They are just very good at calling out plays and all goes smooth. So for all that require a mic you just need to be a better team player.

People are just in that rush mentality lol. They have to complete the amazing, well thought out raid as fast as possible with no appreciation for it. All that they care about is that you have a mic so they can whine about how nooby everyone else is lol. Communication is important but knowing your role is the MOST important thing in any raid, ever.

1 返信Sorry, but you need a mic. Ebay, gamestop, and amazon are all prime mic-carrying retailers.

The last raid I did, I had a mic but I just didn't feel like talking. Somehow my friend understood this and we continued the raid from fresh. We signaled when to do key parts by bowing or waving. It worked out fine till Oryx. Granted, we know each other very well and have loads of experience to boot. It is possible, so long as you have trust in that other person to listen and do their job correctly.

Can you? Sure. I'll give it one or two goes with any team if I'm running with randoms, which is almost never. If the guy without a mic is doing fine and seems to be playing decent then it's all gravy. If you are non responsive to callouts and seem to be doing your own thing. Then either you go, or I go.

No you don't need a mic, but they are crazy useful. They make the raids easier and usually more enjoyable. If they request a mic that's a reasonable request for raids and harder end game activities. I would suggest getting a mic if it's a big barrier for you playing.

No not really. Sure it helps. And probably need a majority with a mic. But not every person has to have one. But I understand people's hesitation too. Some of the better people I've played with didn't have a mic though. And went fine but that was mostly PoE. I did VoG without a mic no problem back before TDB. Don't even think the others noticed :) I would just react immediately to what they said so they wouldn't talk to me to find out :P this was back when I played on Xbox mostly solo and just relied on random LFG. Now a days I personally don't want to do one without a mic. But certainly isn't a requirement for all.

5 通の返信Yes it can be done without a mic. But you can also drive a car without a seatbelt and have sex without a condom. Can it be done? Yes. Is it safe? No. Having a mic can help prevent a whipe in many different ways. Plus if you find some good company a little conversation helps pass the time while you wait for the noob to find his way in thr maze or the jump part
