Do you absolutely HAVE to have a mic?
I'm just wondering what you all think about needing a mic to complete the raid, I have beaten every raid I've done without a mic and we did fine, I have 2 characters that are 300+ light, but I'm starting to get sick of being kicked almost instantly because I don't have a mic, you're not going to fail the raid over and over and over again just because 1 or 2 people don't have a mic, just make sure they can hear you and they know what they're doing and you're set[spoiler]i apologize for the little rant I want on there.[/spoiler]

Also how do you know they know what they're doing if they can't communicate for you. And don't say message cause I'm not trying to send and messages throughout a whole raid

People who say no how do u get raid done also my I can't understand ppl on ps4 or Xbox 1 to not have a mic PS3 I understand but my Xbox came with a mic it was the elder scrolls fortza Motorsport Christmas one Idk not trying to beef just starring my opinion

Well as long as you have done your research on mechanics and such and explain in your lfg post your new to the raid but know what to do, don't have a mic and I'm listening to any pointers anyone has, the first few weeks yeah I would have kicked anyone without a mic but now that most people know what to do its almost possible do it without even talking, I was in a raid team yesterday that barely said a word up until oryx

Depends on the team. Some players will make the extra effort to communicate, others worry you won't be able to make call outs. I for one think it's not necessary for [i]everyone[/i] to have a mic, but I have seen the rare occasion where the one person without one was the worst player that kept causing wipes. I guess just try to explain your case or find another fire team.

I guess if you never did any of the jobs that require a call out, then no. But there are alot of timing call outs in this raid. If you were a friend of mine, maybe. A random pug kid? Nope. Not going to take you....

You don't need expensive hardware and probably everyone has at least a few pairs of earbuds floating round their house if they don't like the stock hardware. But then again, I don't play with Joe Random so....

4 通の返信Homestly, I think no. As long as you can hear me or the team and know what to do then I don't think it's nesisary. A while back I did hard crota with a bunch of random and none of us had a mic, we just did what we know, and I think we did the raid in about 10 mins.
