I've just recently got the finest of the trash scowls, the Birth of History, and noticed that it's missing a large chunk of geometry in the middle. These missing pieces can be seen in both orbit for the front view and light speed for the back view. The location of these missing pieces is on the ship itself. Its between the boom box shaped sides and under top cab of the ship. When viewed from the front you can see the propulsion from the engines from the middle of the ship and when view from the back you can see broken geometry where you would expect the internals of the ship to be and the space moving underneath it.
