After doing an entire NM CE from start to finish, and receiving absolutely nothing besides radiant materials from it, I decided to grind some ROC Strikes to take my mind off the resulting frustration. A couple of strikes later, I received the beauty you see above from a legendary engram (it's also on my Titan, if you want a closer look). Has anyone else gotten a really nice roll on a legendary Rocket Launcher?
