Another 9 Month Meta?
if you play any crucible it is clear the new "Thorn and Last Word" are Red death and Bad Juju. the difference between this though is that legendary hand cannons weren't the op ones it was just the 2 exotics but in the case of the pulse rifles the legendaries are just as op. they are best at all ranges flinch everyone else more they they get flinch and can roll full auto making them low skill, low ttk weapons.
Do pulse rifles need to be looked at or should we wait another 9 months?
its funny how i never said nerf but that is what you guys go to, maybe if we want to leave pulses then the others need a buff.

1 返信I've never shot someone with a pulse rifle then hid behind a corner while they burned to death, so not quite the new thorn.

2 通の返信You've got to be f-ing kidding me. With every weapon rebalancing there are going to be some guns that are the best. And there is nothing you can do about it. Just because someone's using the current best gun, doesn't mean that bungie needs to get the nerf train started again. Just because the gun you want to use isn't the current best, doesn't mean that other guns are overpowered.

They have always been good. Now since they nerf everything people cry about like hand cannons, autos, shotguns, vex, Suros, they are the top. There will always be a best gun always. No matter what you change. Pulse rifles went from worst option to best. That's what happens when you constantly -blam!- with shit. Quit crying and deal with it. They nerf pulse and bring hand cannons back up the same whining happens with a different gun.

I don't think red death or bad juju is the new thorn. I would if everyone used them and I couldn't combat them but that isn't the case. [u]Guns I get killed by the most: [/u] Hawkmoon (I despise all users of this gun) Hawksaw (all these Hawks though...) ARI 45 Red Death Bad Juju Suros Regime The Raid pulse and auto rifles Shotguns in general 1000 yard stare Others I'm sure Basically yeah you can see a few guns take over but it's nothing like before. It's not like it's the same one gun in every guardians hands and I can't combat it. This is a very good time in the crucible. Sure the Titans are running around with crazy hammers and there's a few glitches but those things are getting patched soon. (I don't believe the Titans deserve a nerf btw but that's a whole other topic. Note I main a warlock.) I personally am a scout rifle user and can combat almost any of those weapons above with east because of my play style.

Seen more Hawksaw, if anything. Plus, I've been killed by everything from Gunsmith Test weapons to fusion rifles, much more loadout versatility so far.

Your entire commentary is about how they are the "new Thorn and TLW" and say that they have fast TTKs and should be looked at. Then you say it's funny that everyone is thinking you want them nerfed, and write "I never said that". You might not have said nerf, but you certainly defined it pretty well.

2 通の返信They're not OP. Hand cannons were nerfed too hard. Only the hawk moon remains useable. Auto rifles were buffed but still remain underpowered slightly. Scout rifles are good. If I'm not getting killed by a pulse rifle, it's a scout rifle. I would say they're on equal terms

25 通の返信Yes and no... Red death is ok. Its not 2 shot kill anymore. And i can still do decent with hawkmoon against the pulse rifle folks. I think its pretty close to balanced
