Sleeper quest strike impossible for casuals
Appreciate it bungie. Thanks for making it a 280 strike which is impossible for 3 randoms under 300 light. Us solo players really love how you constantly have s**t on us with TTK, and this is just another example.
Enough already with all the fireteam BS, the sooner you make this game more solo friendly the sooner your sales will increase. The vast minority of sweaties that have thus far dictated the games development need to be ignored.
I'm about to call it quits on this game and it has had me helplessly addicted since alpha. WAY too many quests and missions that are impossible or near impossible for solo casuals. And I keep seeing more and more emphasis on fireteam crap with each new quest I get.
If you want nothing but a small hardcore community of sweaties, then so be it. But if your goal is to make money, then you may want to consider dropping a lot of the current ideas you have employed in TTK and make the game MUCH more solo friendly.
I can only take so much before my addiction on this game is ended for good. I've been a solo player from the beginning and haven't done a single raid yet... But I'm still here... Every single freaking day. However far too much in TTK is fireteam Dependant and it is really destroying the experience for me.

I did it with three randoms and no headset, all of us under 300 light, and I've only done each raid one time. Check my stats. The Warsat defense was tough, but it's tough no matter what version of the strike you try. You just gotta tough it out, change up your weapons and your strategy, and maybe even your subclass if that will help. You can do it, I promise. Also, spoiler alert, but Bungie made this game with clans and groups for a reason. There are plenty of challenges that are near impossible without a team so that you will be inspired to make some friends and conquer those challenges together. It's not their responsibility to make every challenge possible to complete solo or with randoms, because then the whole game would be too simple for a fireteam of friends to complete, and that would be less fun. Try extending yourself and finding a clan. There are plenty out there that aren't elitists or horrible people with high standards, and it'll be easy to make friends and get through the tough challenges together.

2 通の返信I play all PvE barring the raid as a solo player. I did the whole Taken King campaign and every end game quest currently available solo. I prefer it. The sleeper quest I did at 292 light with randoms with one wipe. The only quest I have had to use help on is the "Fears Embrace" quest in Taken War: Mars. The game is perfectly balanced for solo players if you play to your strengths and get good.

Add me to the list of people who did it with randoms, and every other mission/quest solo. I have buddies to play with but I prefer to solo missions and quests and have so far done so. This game is not hard and with strategy and the right weapons you can do. I personally don't know how you can say you are addicted but also casual. All I can say is play more get the weapons you need and don't be afraid to die.

2 通の返信Guess what they dont care if you dont like it, either get good enough to do it or go without the gun it is not like it is really needed for anything in the game really. This game was not meant for the lone wolf/solo player and never will be this game is about fireteams. they are making money off those so called sweatings they dont really care about the casual player as much as you think they should and never will either. your threat to leave means nothing to them for YOU personally mean nothing to them and never did.

Ya agreed they should think of a way to satisfy us....we got budget can pay for it.... So long it make us happy and feed gd at it.....we r u the income for them and we have the ability to domain as well.

Did it with randoms and got through it ok and I'm as casual as you get. It did take about 15 tries with randoms though as most of them didn't have a clue what they were doing and some left straight after spawning ( I presume because the other 2 of us weren't at 300). Keep at it and you will get it (tell weaker players to go rocket mad when the second skiff drops it's wave )

Bullshit. I carried two of the most casually casuals to ever spawn from the birthing pits through that strike. Be glad these strikes even have matchmaking. Back in my day if you wanted Thorn you had to hit up LFG. Don't get mad because a game that wants to promote player interaction is trying to promote player interaction. [spoiler]No seriously, those two were some of the worst players I have ever encountered in a strike.[/spoiler]

A) it was easy. B) the point of stuff like this is to reward dedicated players!!If people who log on here and there can easily and quickly get everything, then how do bungie keep dedicated players interested??

You sir....are an idiot. I consider myself a "casual". I don't raid constantly, fk the clan thing, and I dont have 100s of friends on xbl that I game with. Only about 5 truth be told and I don't even talk to them lol. I did the strike at about 290, with randoms, all at a similar light level. The first part was a pain in the ass, then smooth sailing. Cry me a damn river, it's not supposed to be easy
