It's overall a very balanced class, the only thing that needs tweaking is the suppression. It should be an instant effect (especially if it's a direct hit). I've personally seen a sunbreaker be hit directly with an arrow, he lived, and the void anchor dissipated instantly, having no effect on the titan. It's an easy fix, and I think very fair. I'm very open to critiquing and discussion regarding it.
Edit: Thought of a small solution. Adding a small (maybe 5m?) suppessor grenade-esq explosion on impact with the arrow. Would instantly shut down whatever it hits and wouldn't have too much splash to imbalance it.

1 返信Pve it would do basically nothing, which is good, it's balanced in pve, but pvp they brought hunters to the ground, yes I main hunter, but I do plenty on other classes, and I really miss the days where I wouldn't need to really try insanely hard to stop a super, blade and gun both take hitting first to kill just about any super, and void bow does NOTHING in pvp, I was bladedancer against a bow, got almost hit 3 times, none of them did anything, void bow needs a change for pvp's sake

5 通の返信If tether gets activated faster than I should be able to cast nova bomb faster. Or get some exotic shit that lets me convert shatter into 3 separate nova bombs that I can walk around and throw.

3 通の返信It's funny because I haven't used my night stalker much at all (I kind of hate the hunter, but still use it sometimes) And even I can agree with this. As someone who's played a lot with the new Sunbreaker I've killed so many nightstalkers AFTER I've been hit with that wretched arrow. And even I'm like "wtf m8!?" If I Titan can get multiple kills from far range and a warlock can massacre a room and the hunters super doesn't kill a group instantly it should at least take effect instantly. There's no delay when my hammer explodes on someone's face!!

1 返信I agree. Me and my friend were saying the same exact thing. The class is fine except for the fact I rarely ever can surprise a super without dying. It's like giving up my life in order to take someone out of super cuz they still have more than enough time to kill me before their super is gone.

19 通の返信People that have hunter mains are a bunch of crybabys, finally when Titans get a bomb ass super to shut u guys down with your blink blade dance crap then your mad at bungie. You guys got invis nades, shade step, venom nade that blind and stun, a triple tether, and the smallest peanut heads in the game to get headshots on. Now that the Titan regens health on a kill JUST LIKE bladedance suddenly there's a problem with health regens, when there was no bitching from the dancers on their own selfs before. All you need is a headshot then body shot with a sniper to take a sun breaker out, but oh yeah y'all are using a try hard hawk moon/shotty combo. Please...

1 返信actually that does sound good except instead it should be that it activates faster because I see it and it takes about 1 second to activate the shot after being fired

1 返信I slightly agree. Like I think the Hunters velocity of the bow effect to tether enemies should immediately after it is released. I find It too slow when you're trying to save yourself.

1 返信Agreed. IMO, if the arrow hits in PVP, instant supression. If it hits the ground, the suppression has a delay (although it does need to still be a touch faster than it is now)

The suppression it's too slow when it should be an instant effect, and a critical hit should kill the target in crucible, it doesn't matter if is a titan, warlock or hunter with super. Something that i want to add to this buff pruposal, is the supressor granade instead the useless vortex grenade. I think, supressor grenade will be a perfect complement to this subclass to get map control, just one reason, takin' down OP supers. Finally the time reaction of shadestep, and its hability to avoid damage... seriously it's pretty cool use it but is kind of useless in PVP and PVE. It could be more efficient if it were quicker.
