So I didn't know what needed to be done for the next step of the questline to activate so I just transferred all my swords on one character so I could lvl them, I got them 280+ and maxed so I only have the exotic quest unlocked for one character. how do I open up the next step of the quest for the other chars? the swords are at 283 and 286
